Prices:
All prices are stated in Euro including VAT. Shipping come to the total price in 10 € for all of Europe further information please look at shipping an delivery.
If any you want to ask feel free to contact us at kundservice@sexiworld.se. If you order from Sweden it´s the same conditions like the Swedish shop. Sexiworld.se only accept creditcard or pro forma payment from customers outside Sweden.

General conditions:
You must be over 18 years to order from Sexiworld.se. When you confirm your purchase by sending your order, you have also accepted our terms of delivery and thus has a binding order. All goods are Sexiworld.se property until we have received full payment.

Order Confirmation:
We confirm your order on e-mail. If you dont recieve an confirmation after you sent off your order, maybe you have typed the wrong e-mail address. Please contact us immediately if ther is any fault. It is important that we have a valid e-mail address to you , if we have to contact in the event of any supply shortages, installments or other administrative matters. We send no goods before we have the right e-mail address.

How to pay:
Payson, creditcard VISA, Mastercard or you can pro forma pay to our IBAN SE38 9500 0099 6034 0475 8983 (BIC) NDEASESS, plusgiro 475898-3 or bankgiro 306-1504 noticeably with sWorld Trading HB and the order number. For prepay the shipping cost 10 € comes up in the coffers paid. Enter your name, address and e-mail address or telephone number on the pro forma invoice and what products you want to order, what article number, type, brand, size and price. To the total price, add shipping cost 12 € pricelist. Rated pro forma invoice. Remember that the prepaid goods are sent directly to your mailbox.

We take 12 € in shippng costs to all countries in Europe up to 2000g. If your goods weight more than 2000g we contact you by mail. And you get a fair price and delivery method.

Delivery / Shipping:
Products shipped in 5-10 days. If the goods is in stock.

IMPORTANT:
It is possible that certain goods are backordered from our supplier and itcan take up to 20 days to 2 months for delivery, for a few articles.
As the sender on all mailings from us, it is only sWorld Trading HB that is typed.

Cancellation:
Under the law (2000:274) on the respect of distance contracts and home sales contracts, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and undo the  agreement within 14 days from the date the customer received the goods. Returned goods will obviously be unused and unopened packaging. The right does not  apply to capital goods. This right is not sextoys which is in contact with skin or undergarments of health reasons. The approach of the right is the same for both current and claim the right. Customer pay shipping costs. A repurchase fee of 7% of order value, but not less than 7€ plus VAT. 

Replacing the product:
You have full exchange and the right of return within 14 days from the date you received the product, provided that you have not used the product and that it returned in intact and unbroken original packaging. All the clothes that are packed in plastic bag or vacuum-packed bags may never be broken. We do not  accept the product and it can not be changed. When replacing, the date of purchase, and which shall be specified by the order number you wish to change.
Freight charges will not be refunded. Specify how you want the refund to be made. We resolve not to returns submitted for delivery.

Security:
If we dont have one of our ordered article in stock or its delayed. We will hold track and send it to you as soon as it is back in stock.

Transport Injuries:
After that you recieved the goods take notice if a product is damaged, you must immediately notify us of this. New product will be sent to you as soon as we received the wounded.

Complaints:
If a product is faulty or wrong delievered, send it back to us immediately. We'll replace your shipping costs. If the complaint concerns a used product, you must always contact our customer service as below. E-mail: kundservice@sexiworld.se
